The box-type switchgear (pre-assembled outdoor switchgear) is a complete set of power distribution equipment that integrates 10kV/24kV high-voltage switchgear, protection devices, metering devices, etc. into an outdoor box. It complies with standards such as GB 17467 and IEC 62271-200. The product adopts modular and prefabricated design, integrating core components such as ring main units / air-insulated cabinets, cable terminals, and lightning arresters. It is mainly used in urban distribution networks, industrial parks, and residential areas for receiving and distributing electrical energy.

Structural Composition

• Outdoor Enclosure: Made of high-quality steel or stainless steel plates with anti-corrosion spraying. Protection level IP34, featuring rainproof, dustproof, and dew-proof capabilities. Equipped with lighting, dehumidification, and temperature control.

• High-voltage Switchgear: Core unit adopts XGN15-12 ring main unit, SF6 gas-filled cabinet, or environmentally friendly gas-filled cabinet. Supports manual/electric operation with complete mechanical interlocks.

• Auxiliary Systems: Sufficient space for cable installation with fixing brackets. Configured with microcomputer protection devices, fault indicators, and communication interfaces for remote control.
