KYN28 Indoor Metal-clad Withdrawable Switchgear

The KYN28-12 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, designed to receive and distribute electrical energy while providing control, monitoring, and protection for the circuit. It can be utilized with single busbar, single busbar segmentation systems, or double busbar systems.

This switchgear meets rigorous international standards including IEC298, IEC694, GB3906, and DIN.VDE0670. It features a complete and reliable anti-misoperation function, ensuring maximum safety and efficiency in power distribution environments.

The shell is completely assembled by bolts, offering high mechanical strength and a neat aesthetic. The cabinet door is treated with plastic spraying for superior impact and corrosion resistance, achieving an IP4X rating.

Equipped with versatile options, it supports vacuum circuit breakers such as VD4, C3 series fixed load switches, or various domestic series (VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28). All configurations guarantee an air insulation distance of over 125mm for bare conductors and composite insulation exceeding 60mm.

Installation Instructions

Arrange switch cabinets according to project drawings; start from the middle for long rows (10+ sets).
Use specific transport means like cranes or forklifts; roller crowbars are strictly forbidden.
Store circuit breaker handcarts separately during initial installation.
Remove necessary partition plates and bottom plates (1, 9, 16, 19) for access.
Ensure the installation foundation is level; unevenness must not exceed 2mm.
Secure firmly to the foundation channel steel with anchor screws or welding once assembled.
